I think that I'm on my way to getting it. It seems that the IAC was maxing out. I have a '02 with a throttle cable and an adjustable throttle stop. I just turned in the the throttle stop a little and it helped a lot. Now it's asking for more normal numbers.

Again, the real test will be when I can test it in sub freezing temps. I should be able to do that this weekend. Once I get enough air to it to idle when it's cold, then I'll adjust the RAF table based on the .cfg file that KySilverado posted.

I expect it to take several tries to get it right but I think I'm on the right road.

Use the throttle set screw to get your IAC counts to about 40-60, and get your RAF nailed.

Thanks for the tip. It made me want to go out and log it. The ECT was only down to 117deg but I wanted to see where the IAC was running. At 117degrees it was at 173. When the fans kicked on and stopped it from heating any more at 178deg the IAC was 60-65.

I'll log it in the morning to see if it's still maxing out. If it is or if it's close, I'll bump it up another notch and then work on the RAF.

I decided to take it just a hair more. When it's up to operating temp, the IAC is now running at 50 + or- a couple. I'll post in the morning how it acts on a cold start. Got my fingers crossed.

It started and idled fine.

Logged it this morning. Now it's asking for some obtainable numbers. It wasn't cold enough to get a great log but I feel certain that I'll have it lined out by the weekend. We're supposed to have some lows below freezing.
