Your PE enable TPS is set to 90% throttle. You want that to enable the same time the turbo starts building boost. For example, my small turbo will begin building boost around 35% throttle and 3200 rpm. So i have my PE Enable TPS set to something like 34%.

Your PE EQ ratio is set to command 12.3 afr, which is way too lean. I would set it to 1.2765, which is the equivalent of 11.5 afr.

Also set the enrichment rate to 4 so the pcm adds fuel quicker when you get into boost.

Your VE table is ruined, that needs a complete re-tune. I guarantee that's why its so rich out of boost. I didn't even look at anything else...that needs to be addressed immediately.

Take that back, I also looked at spark..that is also ruined. Are you doing this entirely by yourself?

No offense lol, I just haven't seen one that bad in a while

Well for one, you're rarely going to see over 100% VE under 1bar (105kpa), depending on your heads/cam setup. You have 100% VE at 15kpa, which is near absolute vacuum lol. That can't happen. Depending on your cam, VE will be peaking somewhere in the middle of your RPM range at the highest point, or 105kpa. Beyond that with a 1bar tune, the MAF will be picking up fueling duties. As for spark, a shitload of timing has been pulled out. You can basically leave timing stock (tailor it to your cam of course) until you get into high cylinder air mass. Once in those cells (in boost), timing will need to drop proportionally.

There are several tutorials on the HPT forums that you might read up on before messing with it any further. You probably won't break anything with that tune, but you may wash the cylinders and its not going to make any power at all.

You are brave man. I just bought HP Tuners and plan to start learning how to tune my boosted truck but I had someone who knows it all get it set up first. I would be scared I would blow something up if I tried to start from scratch on my own, especially with boost.

Hope you get it sorted out,

Are you logging with the wideband in the VCM Scanner?

You need some good config's set up so you know which tables need adjusting and by how much.
