OK, I ran it on the highway on the way home and the converter locked at a higher speed, around 110mph while wot! It used to lock right after going into 3rd at ~90mph. I didn't change any of the TCC tables. Other than that it locked and unlocked normal. Why is it locking later now?

I would start by lowering your TCC lock command a few notches lower than 100% TPS. I have seen where (for some odd reason) the converter would not lock unless it was lower than that figure. I know it doesn't make sense.

Also, by any chance did you tap the brake or have your left foot resting on the brake at any time?
I will try that and as far as the left foot being on the brake....can I use that as an excuse for not running an 11.71 on Saturday?

SHe thinks shes a 6.0L and I'm not telling her anything different. I ran Jason on the way home without any nitrous and stayed along side until my lane had some traffic coming up. The convert did lock for sure that time, but like I said it was around 110.

what type of ignition control are you using if any?....i had a problem with my lock up convertor and when we bypassed my msd 6a, the problem ceased.....if you have excessive RF coming from your ignition system chances are that it could affect the lockup convertor and cause it to jump in and out of the lockup mode

Hmm, stock ignition. Converter is functioning normal at all other times.

I will add command at a couple of cells less than 100% TPS and see if that helps.

the codes are nothing to worry about bill... its just your communication system bitching at you because your hpt is connected and interrupting the beginning communications the first 15-30 sec of ignition being on.... if you wait 30 sec after turning the key to run before connecting your hpt most of the time those will go away after a few ignition cycles...

after talking to my tranny guy he said could be your tcc about to go... im gonna talk to him more in a few min...

Hey Shannon!
I don't think the TC is 'about to go' as it functioned just fine all the way home and locked just fine (although at a higher speed and without the nitrous BTW) on a wot run on the highway.
When it locks it is very firm and noticeable with no noise or chop. Feels like it always has.

I think the wheel sensor codes are from spinning the back tires (burnouts). I believe it will throw that code if the back are spinning alot faster than the front....

As far as your TCC not locking up in 3rd, you mentioned that you lowered your shift point RPMs, which in turn lowers the MPH you enter 3rd... What MPH are you shifting into 3rd according to your logs? What MPH does your tune show for the TCC to lock in 3rd at 90% and 100% (the last 2 values in the the TCC table, whatever TPS% they may be)? Also look at your logs and compare a MPH on the 2-3 shift with and without nitrous running.

Only commanding tcc lock at 100% tps...will change that by entering a value in the 90% cell. 80mph is what is currently in the 100% cell for 3rd gear.
I enter 3rd at well over 80mph and it used to lock as soon as the 3rd was completed.
