OMG... this is the same crap that I'm going through as we speak.
Eric showed me where to check the module and the connections under the truck, the ground, and the fuses, and tonight I went to NTB to have one of the guys check the ABS connections and all was good. Then he checked the coding. The first was C0238 which said "Wheel Speed Mismatch", and the second code was C0265 which is the "ECBM Relay Circuit". The tech at NTB told me that replacing the relay should clear the issue, but there's no promise. Now since we checked the fuses, the system hasn't coded, but I will continue to get what needs done, done.
So I'm hoping that replacing the relay circuit will cure my coding. Now I have to find the circuit. If this doesn't correct the issue, which I'm praying that it does, I may have to make the $1100 purchase which I'm not looking forward to.
Fireman31, thanks for the info... )

Thanks a lot!! New to the thread... but just fixed my issue 20 mins ago by cleaning the ground like suggested in here. Got my truck back from getting regeared with 4.88 gears and the abs light and brake light have been on ever since...with two codes c0265 and c0238 have a 3" body lift so access to the ecm was easy, was about to pull it out and solder it up till I read this, saved me a bunch of trouble for nothing!! Thanks again
