help with blackbear harness

I have a black bear harness to be hooked up on my 03 silverado does anyone have a diagramm

If I remember correctly the power wire goes inside the red + box next to the alt, the ground can ground to the alt bracket, then pins green 33 and blue 42.

im lost lol, and also if i put them on what they gone do before i get retuned??? stay on ? not come on at all?
