Default Help!

Don’t know what section to put it in so I just put it here. I just got my tranny rebuilt with the hd2 kit, yank tt3000 converter, corvette servo, and 40K cooler. I knew my TPS sensor was bad so I changed it out. Now the problem is that it sounds like its backfiring and also it is shacking at like 55. This is the first time I have driven a stalled truck, but I know it’s not supposed to be like this. The tuner said everything is fine on that side but recommended a gear swap from stock 3.42. He told me also to check the plugs which have 3500 miles on them; I was thinking the same thing and maybe the fuel problem. A friend said that maybe I should also look at the fuel injectors which I will be changing out as soon as I send them off to flow test them. Before the rebuild truck ran great, but after the rebuild it’s not right, what would be some advice other than the route I’m going in of changing spark plugs and possibly swapping to 8.1 injectors? One good thing out of this is my wife is willing to let me get the pro series HP tuners if I want it, so I can log my truck when I’m driving. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Moved to the tuning / diagnostic section for you.

Is this for your 2000 Silverado??? How many miles on engine???

Check your fuel pressure, plugs, and wires.

Have you had it retuned since the trans was installed??? There are some adjustment that can be made with tuning that might help.
