Where are you wanting to remove terminals from. If it's the PCM connector no special tools needed. Hold the connector up where you are looking down at the colored connector from left to right. If you look at the side of the colored connector you will see a white tab push down on that tab with a small pick tool and pull up on the corner of the colored CPA. Do the same on the other side then remove the colored CPA. Then just lift up on the little retaining tab above the wire you want to remove and slip the wire from the back of the connector.
If it's wires you are not using be sure to put a dab of silicone over the hole to prevent water intrusion into the pcm.
If it's for the individual harness connectors give up now gm has a different little tool for every connector on the harness damm near. Just cut it off and get a replacement harness plug for whatever device it's used on.
