Question Gauge Cluster

Does anyone know if I can put the gauge cluster with the tranny temp gauge in my 05' VHO????
Was told the the 03 & 04 trucks could, but not the 05's.
Could someone verify this?
Would really like the 06' SS gauge cluster in my dash.

Jim

Wierd, I haven't heard anything about the 05s. I would think it would be the same as the 99 and up. You would just have to make sure to get a 03+ cluster for your 05. Hopefully someone can confirm this for you.

All I've heard is that the 99-02's are the same, but in 03 they changed them. I would assume it's still the same as the 03's.

The cluster will work but will have a check engine light on. My brother tried a 2003 cluster out on his 2005 Avalanche and it worked but always had the cel on. If you can live with the light on all the time then go for it.

Check out www.edited-link.com . That's where my Escalade cluster came from. They know there stuff.

I have a '02 but I thought the '03-05's where the same but I'm not positive.

Please PM or email user for the correct link. Posting non sponsored links are prohibited.

Thanks for the link. They seem to have some nice clusters that I would like to have.
They should be able to tell me if they can add the trans temp gauge or not.

Well, purchased a gauge cluster from edited company.
Kind of expensive. Stainless Steel with blue background and blue needles.
They are building it with the trans temp gauge and Escalade style surrounding chrome rings.
They will be reprogramming the cluster to my current mileage and engine hours.
They are shipping it to me for a little something!!!
I'm sure it will be of superb quality.
I hesitated when he told me the price, but just went ahead told him lets do it.
Will update you guys on some pics when I get it installed.

Edited vendor is the place to go IMO. Kind of expensive I think but they do good work, I think their "needle kits" are like this big ---> | |.

Their HQ is about 2 miles from my house, its this tiny *** red barn, its like 30x40 lol.

Please do not post pricing information from non sposnored vendors. If you want to contact the user about the edited information, please PM or email him.

Thanks,

Now you can't drive it until you get it. How long is the wait for it? Can't wait to see it installed.
