Check the evap lines instead of the fuel lines. They are plastic and fairly easy to break without knowing.

If your transmission has been out, I've seen a couple of them with broken lines between the left cylinder head & firewall. Otherwise look back by the charcoal cannister.

Remember when i did the swap? The Evap thing with the green cap was left off, could that be a problem?
Where would the charcoal canister be?

And Maybe when i dropped my gas tank? Not literary but like i took it down.

Will this hurt performance or anything? Cause if not ill worry about it later when i'm upgrading my fuel pump

Won't affect performance at all. It's the evap system, it basically purges fuel vapors from your gas tank into the intake manifold while you're driving, instead of into the atmosphere.

Basically, you're a polluter until you fix it. lol

Oh, the cannister is under the truck, just to the front of the tank on the driver's side. There's a line that goes from the tank to the cannister, so check that also.

I have been getting the same code with too a slight raw fuel smell... It has not come back yet, but I'm not sure the truck has done its EVAP check yet. I heard it only does it between 3/4 and 1/4 tank of fuel.

Has your gas mileage changed at all? Mine's gone south.

Let me know what you find!

I would say that your problem has something to do with the gas tank system but you might check your PCV lines also. My PCV system is just venting to the atmosphere and it defiantly smells at a stop light. BTW when you do the fuel pump I would just pull the truck bed off if you had some help.

I found out that it was my fuel lines that go into my intake manifold!!!! They weren't screwed in all the way Well i didn't have my Hose clamps tight enough and fuel was leaking out I need to do something with the A/N fittings.
It is just braided steel lines with clamps on them
