Well, if you go back to your dyno runs I bet you'll find your issue. My thought was that your converter clutch was slipping. You may have hurt the tcc on the dyno. It's common to see it happen under 62mph when stock, but not at highway speeds. Pull the inspection plug on the bellhousing and you may find a discolored torque converter.

sigh...everything points to the converter, but you just don't here about people losing them much. (speaking from NO experience of course)

well 2 years of abuse, repeated 3rd gear locked dyno pulls and 90mph wot lock-ups may have contributed to it's demise

I have adjusted my tcc lock-up tables to disable wot tcc lock, the fluid is clear, with no particles and smells good and fruity, think it'll be safe to run next sat?

YES...
Only way to tell if it's really slipping is to put it on the track and find out!! You're times will tell you everything.

The fact you scan shows a locked converter sliping over 100 rpm is enough for me to say the converter clutch is done...

The TCC slips around 60-80 rpm stock as part of the EC# TCC apply strategy. SOME slip is normal with pulse width modulation PWM.

I was goin to say the same thing.. your TCC is toasted..
My stocker started doin that when i put it back in. It was slipping 150rpms..

The 80E will only show 1-2 RPms slip when locked up in third towing a 6000# trailer full boost at 4500rpms.. Gotta love the 80E...

My Yank TT3000 started slipping there a lil at the end of the trans life before it ate itself. it was slipping 50-75rpms in low boost..

You should be fine bill, Keep it unlocked and you'll be good, I was running mine unlocked for a long time before everything got fixed.
