I say +8 psi assuming you are boost referenced. It sure seems like a fuel supply issue to me.
well in the 2nd video, before the converter was installed- it runs perfectly fine @ full boost.. so it led me to think it has to do with tuning or the converter

If the converter was slipping, the rpm would go up and the mph would hang. Both are hanging in the video. I am not familiar with ETC rev limiter as GMCtrk suggested, but if it were that, why would it eventually go past 5500? It seems like spark retard that happens to me at the point that it leans out enough to get knock retard. I don't know, just thinking out loud.

Sometimes a converter can cause a misfire to be present. There may actually not be a misfire, but the computer thinks there is one. Do you have the ability to datalog? I think if you just unplug the knock sensors it will just retard the timing. It might be worth a try to see if something changes.

Or you could have a 5500 RPM stall converter, and when the engine hits 5500 RPM's it stalls.

Put the other PCM back in it. Should be ok even with the stall. See if it still does it. If not, then there is a problem in the tune some where.

Just curious, what was the issue here? I see you got an in-person tune this weekend.

the problem went away, I have no idea what was causing- I'm guessing it was just because I had just installed it and the truck wasn't use to it or something.. I really have no clue lol
