Default Electrical issues?

Hey Guys, I just purchased another truck for a project and i am having some issues i cant figure out. First of all, its a 2000 sierra / Denali front clip lowered with a 4.8. Picked up for 5000, so i know it wouldnt be perfect. Planning on making this a turbo build. First issue is when the headlights or running lights are on, the blinkers flash erratically, if i want to click left, the left front blinks erratically and both rear tail lights blink erratically, if i go right, same thing, both rears. If i apply the breaks, the hazzard arrows on dash start to glow. Turn headlights off, signals work fine, fronts and rear normal. Im am also getting the P0300 rand misfire code intermittenly, i can feel it miss under load and runs like ****. Im thinking bad ground? Could the 2 be related with a bad ground. Truck starts right up and idles fine.

Well, since I have been working with BCMs a lot lately, and the BCM controls your lights... I'd suggest pulling the BCM fuse for like a minute and then putting it back in.

Thanks for the reply. Where is the BCM fuse located?
