I have an auto cal from BBP and have no regrets but I recently recieved a revised tune and tried to copy it to my autocal but it says

"The version of the file being opened is not supported by this software version"

which from what ive found means I need to update my software. But I have! and it still doesnt work I feel retarded anyone know whats up?

 

You probably need to update the firmware as well.

Have you done that?

 

Yes I did everything says its ok and is green.

 

What version of software are you on?

 

Boot block is 2.07.07 Firmware is 2.07.82

Looks like you need to go in and update the firmware in the software.

When I click "check for updates" it says everything is updated. I there another page or tab I am missing?

Yes, you have to manually update the software from the page I provided. Shut everything down and cycle power on your computer.

Some times it doesnt take if you dont do this.

The you have to go in and change the firmware with the scanner connected.
