I just sold someone my EFIlive which i purchased a year ago and ONLY used on my truck. He said it is telling him that both licenses are already used. WTF??? Can anyone help us figure out what is going on so I don't look like I just scammed this guy? Thanks in advance guys.

 

They should have only used 1 licenses, unless the shop changed the PCM in your truck and relicensed to the new PCM too. EFILive locks the the PCM itself, so if it was changed, they would have had to relicense to the new PCM. It should show the used and available license(s) in the tuning tool in the help menu under Flashscan V1 licensing info with the V1 connected to his laptop.
