I have tuned with both. I like HP Tuners layout a lot better and the scanner takes a lot less work to get setup. HT Tunes has Histgrams already put together for importing into the scanner. With EFI Live I had to build the histrograms from scratch and was time consuming. It was about about 2 years ago that I used EFI Live Im sure by now there are plenty of histrogams to load off there forums. Just my take neither being better than the other as far as getting the job done.

 

For me it was $649.00 vs. $799.00.
