Default efi live/hptuner screenshots

just wandering what all live data can be shown at one time in my highly custom setup i did away with all factory gauges but was thinking instead of having a bunch of pods and such to just use a lcd screen for all of them

You can setup a custom "dashboard" in either one with whatever gauges you like. Not sure how you'd mount a computer screen.

That would be pretty sweet actually. I doubt you could get stuff like oil pressure or fuel level though without a lot of extra work.

+2.. it is pretty improbable. I would just make a custom piece like in the old skool C/K's with some auto meter gauges

IIRC, EFILive has a "Fuel Level" and "Percentage Fuel Remaining" PID.

Well in that case it might be relatively easy. Get an external oil pressure gauge and use one of the analog inputs for it. He would lose most of the idiot lights, but if he's not worried about that then the rest of the gauges would probably work ok. The only other thing I'd be worried about is the DIC.

Sounds like a neat idea, however everytime you go to start up your truck you would have to startup your in-car-computer, then open windows, then open EFI Live, then connect, load your PID list, then load the dashboard... That alone is like a 5-10min process.... Personally I just like to get in and go.... Where are you going to mount your mouse and keyboard....

A touch screen would be bad ***. The keyboard is the only kicker.

Or create a calc PID to convert GM.EOP voltage into pressure.
