Default ECM Fuse Keeps Blowing??

Ok guys my ECM fuse just keeps on blowing. I actually went to go put gas in the vehicle and would not start at all. I found out that the fuse was blown. I replaced it and ran for a while and it blew it again. Now it just keeps blowing it. I searched through a couple of threads and there was some write up that more than likely it is the fuel pump. What do you guys think will it be the fuel pump. Or should I also be looking at some other stuff.

Do you have any wires tapped? I would make a list of all mods related to the pcm as possible culprits.

yeah I have a couple of wires that are tapped into the harness. For example the fuel pressure and my wide band I am going to check those.

I know the widebands have a heater circuit in the sensor. I would imagine that it draws some amperage when the sensor is cold. If you have a relay, hook that up to the battery and use the wire that you tapped to pull in the relay.

One of the first things that I want to try is: take the fuse off for the fuel pump and not have it run when i turn the key if the fuse does not blow when the key turns than that should be my culprit. Am I thinking right?? this should work right?
