Default Drivers side lights dim

I noticed this before I moved. But all of the drivers side lights are dimmer than the passenger side. The lows, drl and fog lights. What would cause this?

Is there a main ground for the drivers side? Where is it?

Just thinking out loud.. check voltage at those connectors and see what it shows.

Not quite. I have the p&p hids in the lows, I have a wire spliced into the ground wire at the harness connector for the 4 hi mod, my drl is wired to my fogs and I jumped the relays in the fuel box so that my fogs come on with my lows. So my fogs, drl and lows are on at the same time and stay on when I hit the hi beams

sounds like a clusterfuck. i would start by un-jumping the relays in the fuel box. not sure what a fuel box is, but i'm willing to bet it has nothing to do with your headlights.

seems like a ground issue to me. pop hood and jiggle some wires.

Or before you do anything... pull a dim bulb and check voltage and resistance from the ground pin to ground. see what that shows... might pinpoint a bad connection.
