Do you have to get the crank relearn done after installing a new PCM. I put my 02 PCM in and my check engine light did not come on so am I okay or should I get it done anyway

I heard from a few people that you should get it done anyway. I am in the same boat installed the tune today and no ses light but im going to get it done anyway. Maybe someone else who knows for sure will chime in.
