Default Diagnostic/tuning help with Radix setup

Did some logging with EFI Live today after a fresh install of the stock Radix tune(I haven't changed anything in the tune). I am still not getting the full potential of the Radix and I am ticked off because I have felt what it can do.

First screenshot is from a standing start. The truck smoked em like never before with the fresh flash and the new 3.25 pulley. It really pulled but then there seemed to be a sudden drop in power even though I didn't let up on the throttle. I don't think the dip in throttle position was me. Can the PCM cut throttle? After I did back off there was an instance of knock retard(right side of the screen 3.2*).

I coasted for a bit at part throttle then hit WOT again(second screeshot). No KR though. In fact I haven't seen it again all day. But I don't have the power anymore that I had for that first run either! I have never seen any KR at WOT.

Max spark advance at WOT never goes above 16*. This was the same both before and after the KR instance.

It looks like the MAP maxed out(104kPa) again just before the KR even though the RPMs were still falling(about 2000 at that point).

Issue # 2: Injector duty cycle was 85-86% at maybe 80 MPH ?? and 5500 RPM when I backed off. Looks like the MAF was only at about 50% of it's capacity at that point. FP does drop 4-5psi to 55 by the time I get to this speed/RPM(I have the returnless system so the in-tank regulator can't compensate for the line pressure drop). Not sure if maybe I should have a voltage booster. Should the injectors be maxed out already at 5500 RPM?

Any clues as to what's going on/what else to look at?

BTW: WOT AFR is around 12.2 - 12.3. It was 11.8 prior to the new pulley. The pulley helped a little but didn't correct the "reduced" performance issue.

In my discussions, ANY type of pully change would require tuning. I havent followed the history, if there was a problem before the pulley change? Sounds ike there was.

Yes I have always had this problem. Just put the pulley on and mentioned it for the sake of completeness. Don't know if an AFR of 12.2 - 12.3 is that bad but it could be higher than what is being commanded. If this is a tuning issue then I might as well have the pulley on there now rather than having to make changes again afterward.

Theoretically, my post install numbers should have been the same as yours. I don't know how much difference locking the TC makes though.

Just reflashed again and it feels strong. Problem is it never lasts.

the newer throttle bodies are drive by wire (ETC) and the ecm can close the TB if its not tuned out. i would check the ETC limiters for torque management.
