Default Desired Shift times

I have a fuddle 2900 converter and a 4l80 with a transgo shift kit. What should I do with the desired shift times table. Should I zero these tables and adjust the base pressures slightly or should I keep a value in the desired shift times table. typical values are 0.200 to 0.400. Please help

On my 60 with the transgo, I never like how it shifted after the shift kit, until I zeroed the shift times table and adjusted the base shift tables till it shifted the way I liked it. Smooth and easy (like stock) at low to part throttle and chirps the tires at WOT.
