Thumbs down cold weather sd tuning

The cold weather is definitely bringing on the HP, I am wondering though. Once I get my WB back up and running is SD tuning in the really cold worth it? The pcm will adjust for cold anyway when we tune in the summer, it should do vice-a-versa right? Does it affect FI more? In the cold the extra fuel might not be enough for FI motors?

My lts went from -3 to -5 to +4 to +7. I lost almost a mile per gallon in fuel mileage. Should I retune? Maybe bring up a few % points?
