Are you still having this problem? If not what did you do to fix it?

I was also having this problem. I had an 87mm truck TB, and was getting P1516. I was told to try a different TB, so I bought an LS3 TB off of Ebay new. I then got P2101. I have tried everythign to get rid of P2101 with no luck. I ended up putting my 87mm truck TB back on, and messing with the tune. After spending quite a bit of time on it I have not had P1516 in quite a while. I think it is mainly because the TB isnt physically opening up 100%. Like in your first log, you are only maxing out at 98%. I changed that in the tune, and disabled some stuff in the tune, and it has worked. If someone is using EFILive, I would be happy to look at a tune and a log for them.
