Put the scanner on my Dad's 01 Silverado 5.3 auto x-cab 2WD California. I has a code 1415 and read Aux. emmision components. I looked in the Book and it said left bank secondary emmisions. WTF???? I cleared the code but it came back a couple days later. Same code comes back. I would like to know were to start looking for the problem. I don't know what secondary emmisions is . Any help on what start looking would be great.

 

I think that would be the driver said rear O2 sensor or cat.

 

1415 has something to do with the AIR injection pump. As far as I know that pump is up on the brake booster.
