hey guys i have a question about a 2000 1500 4x4 silverado. The cluster is completly dead and nothing works untill i plug my scan tool into the obd2 port. Then all of a sudden everything works. As soon as i unplug it all quit working again. I assume the scan tool is completing the circuit and making it work, but i have no idea where to start looking to fix this. Any help is appreciated!
