Hi/Lo Data lines?


I actually have an update on this. I checked the voltage across pins 2 (data bus) and 5 (system grounds) in the OBD2. Key On Engine Off (KOEO) and Key off there is 11 volts across the pins. I've read it should be 5. I assume that this means the bus has gotten connected to a constant positive connection somewhere.

I figure my next course of action is to find the Splice block and isolate the individual module connectors and test them to ground to see which one is carrying that 11V current.
