Default chip question?????

I have heard rumors about a chip you can buy that reverses the firing order of two of your cylinders that increases your power and fuel economy. I was wondering if that was smoke in my *** or if it were true, and if so will it work with a super chip? I would like to know if there is such a beast or if it's getting deep in here!

I remember hearing that off of Horsepower TV a while back, but that was on a custom SBC motor. I'm sure someone has an opinion on this.

It is actually a cam change, it swaps #4 and #7 cylinder in the firing order, most commonly known as a 4/7 swap. You can read a little bit about it here. http://www.holley.com/HolleyNews/article.asp?ID=37

I see what you mean about the link, thats weird. Just google 4/7 swap and that should bring up plenty of info.
