Default changes needed for header install

Hey all what would change in my tune if I install headers. I am looking at some mid-length due to clearance issues on my conversion.
Thanks
Dave

Thanks
I am running a bit on the rich side according to my scans at WOT based off the narrow O2 sensors. I hoped this might help on the top end.
I am currently running manifolds off a LS6 which are simular to shorties, I am not sure how much gains I will get but thought it might be worth a shot...
