You need a 2 bar MAP sensor and SD OS, don't you?

Right, a MAP that can read boost which I assume he must have already.

Then just read your MAP kpa readings, that will tell you how much boost you are running.

Do you have a 2 bar operating system in your tune?

You need to make sure you are logging the 2 bar map in the scanner. The regular manifold pressure will stop at 105kpa even with a 2 bar os and a 2 bar MAP.

Yep 2bar OS. The truck was tuned for 2 bar SD a while back. Just wanting to log boost when i go to the track. Im full retard with HPT, just use it too look at stuff and see what its doing. When it comes down to navigating, and or changing the log files, im not 100% sure what Im doing, I just stare intently and hope for the best.

Ok, I have it reading the 2bar now, that was an easy change. Besides that, I have heard there is a custom PID you can use to log boost specifically. I know I have tried it in the past and it threw a bunch of other **** off with it.

I think there is a 2bar pid in the scanner. Use that one.

You may have to tweak it a bit by subtracting your atmosphere pressure (14.5 at sea level.....different as you go up in elevation).

This is an example:

([PID.2333]/6.89476)-14.7

Change the pid reporting from KPA to PSI. It defaults to KPA I think.
