Blackbear tune

Does anyone know if blackbear locks his tunes???? Got a guy to do some small mods to my tune...but dont know if he can help...thanks

He did not lock a friend of mines tune. Don't know if that is the norm for him though.

well he contacted me a said that he does NOT lock his tunes....yeah others do lock them....i fell that i paid for it i should have access to it but what ever...i guess you should ask before you buy
