Ive changed my sensor 3 times and it will only last a year

mine is a little different being that its a borgwarner 4482. but i clocked the motor piece on mine and this problem went away. mine randomly would say neutral. i cleaned the motor (encoder) then clocked it. the bolt holes on mine are oval for this reason.
