Thanks guys I ended up ordering the 30-0300. It was almost the same price as the UEGO on eBay.

The UEGO can easily be wired into the trucks AC pressure sensor or the EGR sensor circuit if you are using the standard HP Tuners interface. Done the EGR circuit before with zero problems.
Can you elaborate a bit more on this? Is it as simple as tapping the sensor wires with the wires off the wideband and then adding the correct parameters to log? I'd like to do this as I have the standard HPT interface and would like to datalog with a wideband. Thanks.

This is a video using the AC pressure sensor, using the EGR would be exactly the same way just a "sensor" is different that you are using to make it work. If you vehicle is still using the AC, then use the EGR instead as anything past like 2001-2002 has no EGR in the trucks. There should be an enable/disable for the EGR under the engine tab > general.
