Default BCM reprogram

So I have been thinking about doing a swap from AWD to 4WD. I know that the AWD has the traction control and stabilitrak. If I were to switch the hardware and get the wiring harness and dash buttons would it be possible to have the dealer reprogram the BCM to turn these functions off and have the 4WD function properly?
