I have a 2010 chevy 1500. It has a valant cold air intake a tb spacer and a home built stainless muffler thats pretty flow through. I also have 33/12.50/20s and 4.10 gears. As of now i have a bully dog tuner on it. Im really wanting to know about the gains of a Black Bear tune or any other types of tuning.and about hp tq and mpg. Not so much mpg. If i wanted that i would buy a honda. Please give some input

 

A stock truck is pretty easy to tune. Any reputable tuner will be OK. Finding someone local who can work with you more is always best IMO.

 

Where are you located? Local is best via a live tune. Otherwise black bear is as good as any mail order tune.

Swg performance is in temple. That's the closest big name tuner I know.
