suprised noone jumped on this. Were you having any strange problems before porting the TB? If no wires loose etc probably hit some threshold with your current tune that made it go lean or think that it's lean. Reset it see if they show up again, call/email your tuner.

I've deleted the code now and made sure everything after the maf is tightened down good. Just in case i had an leaks from there to the manifold.Everything was working fine before I ported the throttle body. But what wire should i check? plug wires?

I posted about this a little while back... here is the thread, I hope it helps:

I started out with lean on bank 1 and then when lean on both banks... ended up being a bad intake manifold seal...

Where are your LTFT's? I got the same code a couple of weeks ago. My LTFT's had creeped up pretty high. I changed my fuel filter and pump and it went away. I'm not sure if it was the filter or the pump that caused it. I was upgrading to an intank 255lph anyway. My theory is the reduced fuel pressure was causing the injectors to run just a little lean. combine that w/ increased airflow of a ported tb and BAM mil.

I would try changing the fuel filter and checking the fuel pressure first. These damn things always need a fuel filter so you really aren't wasting any time or $ doing that.

fuel filter is always a good place to start...unless your truck doesnt have one, GM thought it would be a cool idea to stop puttin fuel filters on the frame rail in about 04,hey dodge does it why cant we
