Default Bad hesitation

Anyone ever had a colant temp sensor make their trucks run like crap? I'm getting a P0128 code which has to do with the coolant temp sensor. My truck seems to run like crap for the first 5 to 20 minutes and then it clears up. Doesn't matter how long I let it warm up first. Another funny thing is that my LS1 edit program says this dtc is for my bank 1 o2 sensor. Any input? Thanks.
