Isn't there a cylinder balance test in HPtuner? Scan>VCM Controls>Special. Not sure if it would help.
I'd try the WOT check the color of the plug test.

I tried the cylinder balance test at different rpms up too around 2200 and they all seemed very close nothing realy stuck out, I think these injectors are just very dirty.

that is weird. my B1/B2 O2s are off from each other at times during PT driving, even at WOT but only by ~20mv or so, not 100mv. look at the PW of your injectors though, there is only a .2msec diff between both banks with B2 open longer even though it is the richer (according to the O2s) bank. you would think since O2 B1 was down by 100mv that it would be commanding a longer PW to increase the fuel to compensate for the lean condition. .2msec diff isn't going to cause a 100mv diff in O2 readings, i wouldn't think anyway. looking at your FTs B2 looks to be way leaner before and after WOT, with both at .8 when at WOT. are your trims running positive on average, and are you getting random KR at PT driving as well? FWIW i was getting freaky Positive readings and weird KR during PT driving and i ran a bottle of the GM Top Engine Cleaner through it and it instantly richened up the trims and took care of alot of KR issues i was having.

Ive run a can of carb cleaner through the intake and several bottles of injector cleaner and on this tank Im using inj cleaner and marvel mystery oil. Im convinced on of the injectors is fowled badly I just dont have any way of telling which one of the 4. GM does have a pressurized system where they run cleaner through the rail but having that done will cost the same as having em flowed and cleaned. So if I can find 4 8.1L inj. cheaply Ill buy em otherwise they are going to get flowed. God I wish I had done this before I put them in Im so ******* irritated I bought these injectors and a fan shroud off the same person and both have turned out fucked up. the fan shroud was all chewed up looked like someone had taken a sawzall to it and then ran it over.
