Default anyone else notice this

I was looking over EFI lives new software demo version
and noticed a parameter called
"brake tq management"
heres what it says about it,

Quote:

Brake Torque Management (BTM) is used to reduce engine power by cutting cylinders and reducing the pedal opening on ETC vehicles when your foot is held on the brake in gear and the accelerator is pressed (stalling up the vehicle).

Ive got HPTuners and have looked everywhere trying to find this parameter
with no luck.

Anyone with ideas of its whereabouts?

thanks

It's like the engineers at Chevy are actively working against people trying to make their cars/trucks/SUV's faster. Will EFI let you turn that crap off?
