Question Anybody recognize this antenna thing???
Anybody know what the heck this is? I found it while vacuuming the truck today. It is right next to the passenger seat. The truck doesn't have keyless entry, remote start or an alarm. '06 silverado WT

Could be a tracker put in by the previous owner in case it got stolen.

No onstar no nothing. I peeled the tape up and it's completely flat, like a paper thin piece of copper with a antenna. I followed the cord and it goes to a can shaped resistor/capacitor thing idk.. Then it goes into the electrical connections on the passenger side dash under the fuse looking cover.
