Default Any ideas?

The new truck had a fairly new battery in it when I bought it last week. The truck has a real weak start and the lights are all dim when not running. Once it starts the lights brighten up and all seems to be fine. I took the battery to get tested and it was bad. Bought a new battery and same problem. Had the alternator tested in the truck and the guy says it should make 13.8 and mine is making 13.2. Everything seems fine when running but when turned off all seems weak like bad battery. I turned the truck off today and went to roll the windows up with the power you have before opening the door and it cut the power off to the radio like it was unplugged and plugged back in. Do I have a bad ground or a short or am I looking the wrong way. Thanks guys Ryan

Needless to say I am using a different tester than he did but after 5 days, just now it tested 13.03 and my battery is still at 12.22 and testing at the junction block it test 12.12 so there was a small loss there, is that normal? Thanks

2001 rcsb 5.3. Would the alternator cause it to have weak start and be a possible short when I tried to roll the windows up?

Ok funny story of my luck... bought a new alt last night, drove 40 miles to my inlaws this morning. Truck was still starting weak so I put in on a charger for an hour and it started much better. Half way home my gauge starts dancing around all over the place, pull in the parts store to test the batt and alt again the batt was good at full charge and the alt with under 100 miles and 24 hours on it FAILED!!! Thats how my luck rolls lol. We will see what tomorrow brings LOL
