Try this. I didnt do much. I just mainly limited the throttle to 98.8 (where your TPS was showing), and enabled some codes to see if it shows something when it trips. Give it a try and see what happens.

Oops I'm in bed already. I will try to get you the version tomorrow. Two of the tables were the max throttle position that is at 98.8 max, and the update for the throttle position that GM did with the primary and secondary table. Those are the red folder that you need to have the flashscan plugged in to see. I know you are way more knowledgeable about EFI Live than I am. Are those the tables you were referring to?

Thanks Gadgetized, I'll flash it and give it a shot. I've thought about still buying a LS3 90MM TB and swapping it. I def don't want this occuring while I'm sprayin' it.

I don't get any codes except some EBCM performance BS that's always there
Based on this, I would also check the speed sensor wiring for an intermittent connection if you can't find anything else.

New gears are 3.73?

Logged TP may be off a little if you log SAE.TP rather than GM.ETCTP

Log GM.TPDES to compare with GM.ETCTP ..... I believe there needs to be a 7% difference to trigger REP (P1516)

Re-enable P1516 and P2135 in your tune so that you can see if they are being triggered. (looks like they have been disabled) If disabled, REP will could still be triggered, but the codes will not be reported.

I re-enabled several different codes to see if the problem can be identified while logging in the tune I posted up. When I was having all my problems I turned them off in my tune too, and you still get REP, just no codes. Like you said, it doesn't help at all to turn them off.

Set 1516 and 2135 to "1 Trip" so that they pop up right away if a fault is detected.
