Will an alternator from a 2009 2500 4.8l express van bolt into a 2000 1500 5.3l silverado?

I'm wanting to put a higher amperage alternator in my truck. There's one for sale currently in the ads section.*

I just want to make sure it will work in my application before I buy it.*
