Ah, the radix lean spike

Once I got my idle back to semi normal I wanted to work on this sputter, stall, crappy, first second of throttle from a dead stop. Only on moderate or light throttle. So, I asked good ole justin (some of you know him as Hal) where should I go to look. "Transient Tables.", says Hal. Hmmm...okay, fug it, I've always wanted to screw with those tables as they are WAY over my head and Hal has for the past year told me about them.
So I screwed with it by decreasing the Transient Fuel Mass Gain-Fuel to Wall Impact Factor AND the Impact Factor-Gain. The problem got worse. COOL, go the other way then! So I took it back to stock, added 10% to both those tables and started my drive home from work. WOW! A ton better. I pulled over half way half, added another 10%. HOT DAMN!!! Pulled over again, added another 5%. WOO HOO!!! I figured I was getting greedy so I thought I'd leave it alone for awhile. Let's see how that works for a couple days. Well, the rest of the way home I couldn't help but notice, I didn't have lean spikes as bad anymore. So, I just got back from a scan. It's attached.
Point of the scan is the AFR line in the graph, following my foot. The histogram stills shows shots of lean but if you look at the graph you can certainly see the afr is indeed on it's way down. I am sure some tweaking of the PE/BE tables would resolve that.
Pay no attention to the HOLY HOT IAT's, jeesh they are insane. As is my ECT. sigh. Or the lean decel...big deal, min inj settings for whats left. I have turned my knock sensors back up, so I am okay with kr if you gotta know.

Thats Fuggin Bullshit!!!! Justin, you need to get Ross and Paul off thier *** and get them to add these tables to EFILive!!!!! There is a thread over on the LIVE forum that started back when Jesus was like 4 years old, asking for transient fuel tables......WTF?!?!?!? You gotta have at least a little clout over there to get some **** rollin dont you? Dewy I hate you....see you on the 20th.
