Default Aerospace scan guages show bank 2 o2's as 445 all the time??

As stated. My Aerospace scan guage shows that bank 2 is running about 440 to 450 mv's all the time... at idle or wot or anywhere in between.

Any thoughts on this? ... along with the truck not being able to rev above 4500 without missing/backfiring/etc?

I've had the current checked out and that appears to be ok so I replaced the sensor... another $100 but wtf.... so what else could be wrong?

Thanks Jim

what do your trims look like?

I would hook up an ohm meter and messure the resistance on each wire immediately before it goes into the pcm and where it comes out of the sensor.

I would also try scanning it with another tool like HPT or EFI live

Check with another scan tool.

Also something to think about, our PCM's report a mildly fluctating voltage around 450mv when there is a open circuit. So checking the wiring would be another good step.

If there is a open circuit, the PCM gets very very confused. Fuel trims go crazy, and eventually throw a insufficient switching code.
