Default Advance in timing help

whats up... alrighty, ive done some reading and some *tuning*. ive started with the VE tuning by:
0 maf hz, disabled p103, disabled the trans p101-103, copied the high octane to the low octane tables.
so ive done the copy with labels and special paste with addition and the long term histogram is lookin good. ive done it 3 times, and they are almost all in the -5+5 range. my problem is i have so wicked **** advancing going on and im not sure how to tackle it. im also not sure how to/what to do with the advance histogram. i have the concept of the knock retard histogram ..
here is my log file, and you can check out where ive hit 50* of advance in some wierd spots.
well, appreciate you reading thus far, hopefully there is something simple to adjust. thanks
clint
and its a 87 silverado with a 02ish 5.3

i just noticed that there is a kinda sorta correlation between the TPS and the advance. it kinda mirrors it, when the TPS goes down, the advance goes up. but i still dont know how to adjust it..

IMO it is supposed to do that cause as you increase TPS you also increase the amount of air (Grams/Cylinder) that is allowed into the engine... This directly correlates to the HI/Lo octane spark tables...
