so what all do i need to change at first just going from the 4.8 to the 5.7. i'm useing hpt. i know i need to change the size of the eng. what about the maf and such. take it easy i'm still learning the tuneing stuff i haven't got to mess with it in a minute. but after i get the 5.7 in and good to go i should be installing my turbo in a month or two but first i wanna be able to feel the 5.7 na diffrence lol. so c'mon bring it in let me know what i need to do as far as tune.

 

I asked the same thing. Im going to start over with a stock 6.0 file and get the PE in line and AFR. from there Im just going to do a ton of logs. I would probably start with a 5.7 with auto file

 

well mine is a throttle by wire and a 04 it has diffrewnt stuff in the tune software than the like 2000 stuff did. the tune i have is great for my 4.8 but the 5.7 is almost a litter bigger so i figure the maf table and the eng size i think its per cylinder or something i can't remimber.

 

Thats exactlly what im gonna do. VE tables, PE tables, everythings gonna have to be tweaked and changed. Should be fun nonetheless!
