Default About to burn the truck down

Ok, using efi live and have a 1993 gmc with a 2005 dbw 5.3/4l60e. Had a po0155 code for o2 heater performance on bank 1. Swapped the o2 sensors around to make sure it was the sensor and not a wiring issue and the issue followed the sensor so it got swapped out and the DTC cleared and it has yet to return. Checked the intake and vacuum system for leaks with carb cleaner and the truck running without finding anything. Cleared LTFT and went for a ride. Threw a po0171 and po0174 for running lean on both banks. Truck sputters under acceleration for a bit and then takes off like it should. LTFT are maxed out again and i don't know where else to look. I am attaching my tune file and latest log.. The truck is stock except for the cai that was made to fit in the truck.
