Default 90$ for a superchips, worth it?

my freind got a superchips prgrammer from one of his freinds for like 150$ i put it in his truck for him and he says he cant keep his foot out of it now, so he said hell sell it to me for 90$ , should i get it? i was gonna get a wait4metune in about a month cause of the great price and i already bought some 24lb injectors for the 02 pcm. but for 90$ i was thinkin it might be worth it just for the hell of it, right? also what gains can i expect from this, if i set on the performance setting. i already have exhaust with no cats, free mods, volant, and a few other goodies.any experiences?

So is he taking the tune out of his truck? If not it will be worthless to you. You can only progam 1 at a time with those. but if you can get it "unlocked" for $90.00 go for it. Just the differance in the shift will make you smile Then you'll be wanting to spend $hundreds more$ to enhance everything else...

Yeah buy it now, use it for a while,(you will like it) and take it out and sell it for more when you are ready to tune it. 90$... you cant go wrong, its worth about a 200$

I'd buy it and throw it on Ebay, I put my Hypertech on there with a $200 reserve and it brought $265.
