Default 73 Crew on 2007 Denali Crew Chassis

Howdy, I at a point of my build that I am looking for a few answers. I have taken a 1973 crew body and put it on a 2007 Denali AWD Crew Chassis with the 6.2l and 6l80e. I am wondering what is needed to get the transfer case to operate properly if I take out the abs and hard plumb the brakes for regular disc brakes. I am also relocating the fuse box to the inside and have routed it to the center. In relocating the wiring I had to cut some of it and need to extend it. What are the thoughts here on the current Borg Warner t-case and how to modify OR should I look for an np 149 t-case and install that instead?

Sounds like a fun project!

I think you will need the ABS sensors to monitor wheel slip so the AWD transfer case can send power to the front wheels. I think the 6L80 based transfer case may need the BCM and TCCM to operate properly.
