So is there a "known" injector offset for the 60lb Seimens Deka/Mototron injectors? How do I determine what values to fill the table?

would the table vary from truck to truck or engine to engine? I would think the offset should be the same, regardless of engine, for any given voltage, correct?

If you find HARD evidence...say an excel or pdf file from Seimens of such data you will become king of the forums for a day. You're correct, it would be solid data for the injector, just like the flw rates (+/- x%). You are gonna mainly care about the 11 to 14 volt ranges. Most of the time, 12.5 to 14.0 really (at least from most scans I have seen of running voltages). Blending actions of the pcm between rows is why one is important just as the next.

I am telling ya, somewhere very close to .52 in the 13.5 row. Then you need to go one step lower (like .49 or something) in the 14 volt row. And then on estep higher in the 13.0 row, like .55 or .57. That will get you pretty close. The lower the number, the leaner your afr will become fww.

I have the roadrunner in now and plan on doing some realtime tests as soon as i can. This thing is bad ***!! No shut down to reflash...make realtime changes as you enter the numbers....freakin sweet!!!! Idle tuning is sooooo easy now. Anyway, what "results" would i be looking for when adjusting these offsets? Other than how the truck feels, what am i looking for in a "dialed-in" voltage offset table?

The dead times come from the injectors themselves regardless of what vehicle they go in.

It is not hard to get that info and you don't have to get it from Siemens as you can send off an injector to have it flowed dynamically and get that info. I costs about $40 to have done. I don't think any scanner can give you this info though. If you test two identical injectors say 60lb Siemens they might be very slightly different but nothing to worry about. However, if you test them against a stock or other manufacturers injector it can be very different. The difference between the stocks and Siemens is significant enough that you need to adjust for them quite a bit. I am sure a lot of the tuners already have this info but do not necessarily want to post it for everyone to see like when some companies not wanting to give out cam specs.

I can tell you that I just had some 62lb injectors made that are Multech's and are almost identical in their dead times but flow a whole lot more so they don't really need the voltage adjustments.

I will post that info in the following thread: https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=416134
